Absolutely lovely property. the cons: staff took an hour or more to respond to texts, housekeeping didn't show for our scheduled day so we had to change our plans to accompdate which was frustrating. a little challenging to get around if you have mobility issues...wish there were elevators on both sides of the buildings because the walk from the pool to the elevators was a stretch for me, but the views were great and the pool area was fun. Wish there were more toys at the pool...2 volleyballs and they were deflated and no one would help us Another staff member at the pool was a little too flirty with my female guests and my 11 year old niece was so upset she refused to go to the towel stand because she was so embarrassed. the pros: i would go again and again in a heartbeat. the pool and beach access are better than most properties. the cabanas at the pool are free and a nice touch. manager was helpful about our housekeeping issue. rooms were spacious, lots of drawer space and nice kitchens, plus grills outside. close by tons of shopping and food, we especially loved the food truck villages with so many options. brought 10 teens and 5 adults and everyone had the exact vacation they wanted!
