We had an awesome experience at Mountainside Villas!!! Certain parts of the unit were a bit outdated but overall the amenities were perfect for our needs and we felt it was excellent for the price. The open floor plan is great and there's a TON of living/sleeping space plus a big full kitchen stocked with everything we needed. (Just be sure to bring all your own food items, including salt/pepper, as well as stuff like aluminum foil and ziplocks) We really enjoyed using the jet tub and the sauna, both of which worked perfectly. We also loved seeing all the deer out back! The location is great and everything was very clean. Our unit was near the rental office which is very conveniently located to the slopes and the tubing area, as well as at least one indoor pool. The only thing I will mention (as other have, as well) is that most of these units are not accessible for those with physical disabilities and there are a number of fairly steep stairs to navigate. This fortunately was not an issue for our family. Last but not least, I cannot can't say enough good things about the service. All the staff were so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including mailing a large tote bag of items that we'd accidentally left in the unit directly to our house within a week, for only about $12! (They only charged us for the shipping fees and not the time they took to package everything and get it back to us) I was so impressed with everyone we interacted with and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!
