very lovely resort! customer service goes above and beyond. they held my luggage for a few hours, and allowed us to use the lounge/shower after enjoying their facilities after check out. my daughter LOVED the lazy river- and i loved the swim up bar inside the lazy river. has a convenient shuttle to the beach (every hour), that also has a little drink/snack bar, lounge chairs, and towels. i believe they will also drop you at (the nearby) bali collection. beautiful grounds on a beautiful part of the island. need to stay for longer next time! thank you for your hospitality!
