Disclosure we are owners. As a family of four we always have the two bedroom unit. Sometimes we have ocean view sometimes we have a garden view. If you just booked the hotel room, which is B you are always facing the mountainside or parking lot, so if you don’t want a small hotel room, you need to book the one bedroom. The one bedroom will give you the kitchen, living room, and lanai. The rooms are always clean and furnished with everything we need. The staff are always amazing and accommodating. There is an adequate gym and there’s an Ohana room with foosball, books, and games. If you have the hotel room B you can always come up and cook a meal in the kitchen. People are always leaving their leftover condiments and stuff to share. The pool is very calm and beautiful with the waterfalls and the colorful lights at night. We are across the street from the beach so you can just walk over and have the best snorkeling where you will see various types of fish and turtles. The water is relatively calm and the beach is usually Less crowded than all the southern beaches. It is an older hotel but we are on Maui so it’s hard to get materials so you don’t waste if nothing is broken. Overall, this place is great for families and couples. However, if you are looking for a very expensive overcrowded up-to-date type of hotel, then you need to go to Kaanapali area or Wailea. Overall, Kahana Falls is a great place to be on Maui but anywhere on Maui is great to be.
