We had a wonderful family stay at Pollard Brook last week! The place was clean, smelled fresh, and the staff at the reception were very friendly. I especially appreciated the little things—like the coloring books and crayons in the lobby, which helped keep my toddler happily occupied. The fireplace made the space feel extra cozy and relaxing, especially after a day of fun. The heated pool was a great touch, and the game room added extra fun for the whole family. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, family-friendly getaway!
