A very satisfactory stay - the room was clean and new, service was warm and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Special shout-out for spectacular service to Christian (manager), Deni (receptionist), and a valet person (we regrettably did not get his name - but he was the most enthusiastic and inviting valet person we’ve met and always says that great service is of course provided because we’re distinguished guests - that was truly heart-warming). These three individuals really made the stay special and were so amazing and quick to respond to our requests and resolve any issues.
