I just want to express my appreciation for the excellent service we received during our stay at Club de Soleil this past March. We stayed for three nights, and what truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness and effort of Tay. She went above and beyond to make my mom’s 50th birthday extra special. I had asked for a candle as a small surprise, and not only did Tay take the time—on her own break—to go out and get one, she refused to let me pay her back, even when I insisted. That kind of generosity and thoughtfulness is rare. Thank you, Tay, from the bottom of our hearts. You made our trip feel personal and meaningful. As for the rooms, you really do get what you pay for. The space is great, especially with the ability to cook your own meals—huge bonus when traveling as a family. The room could’ve used a bit more attention to cleanliness (some dust on the carpet and furniture), but for the price, it’s honestly not bad at all. The resort is off the Strip, but they offer a free shuttle every 15–30 minutes, which is super convenient. All in all, this place gave us not just a stay, but a warm memory we’ll always look back on.
