Great spot, renovated old building that didn’t come out very customer friendly in the lobby or checkin process. Front Desk staff not super accommodating, knowledgeable or helpful. Concierge much better. Rooms amazing, views of the river walk to die for. Super convenient to dozens of restaurants and bars and the Alamo.
