Second time we stayed, family has a Founder’s membership in the time share - doesn’t stop them trying to book the marketing presentation - but not too pushy, respectful of why we are visiting. Great location - beside the beach strip, bay views, beside several restaurants and bar, pool and hot tub are outdoors. Service recovery was great. Unfortunately, first visit we had a waterline to the ice-maker leak and had to move us to another room. This visit we had a clogged sink and cleaning needed in the fridge - but staff was very apologetic and strived to make the stay right for the rest of the weekend.
