Great resort with lots of activities to pass the time and the overall state of the furnishings in the room were welcoming and clean. I like that fact that the resort was on the outskirts of town (maybe 10 minutes) and not just lumped together with other resorts. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and engaging while reiterating, "don't hesitate to call if you need anything". Now, back to the room. The one drawback was the click-clacking of the plumbing pipes in the ceiling and walls running from the bedroom to the bathroom, throughout the day and night. Daytime, not so annoying, but at night time, every 15 minutes or so (yes I did time the intervals) the click clacking was annoying. I woke up half a dozen times each night and when I called the front desk the next morning, they were aware of the problem and offered ear plugs or to send maintenance over. I believe the employee stated they will be working on the issue this year and into next (sounds like this doesn't affect all rooms). With all of that being stated, the click clacking of the plumbing interfered with relaxing time in the room. I will however, go back this winter as I look forward to taking full use of the amenities and hopefully the ice skating. Conclusion, I would definitely recommend the resort, however, I would ask for a room that doesn't have the click-clacking plumbing.
