First time visitor to Aspen, CO; and I had to be dragged away. The Prospector provides so many wonderful amenities - great rooms, decent prices, the most amazing rooftop views AND the icing on the cake - stellar Customer Service! From Michelle and Scott in the office, to Gabby and her impecable cleaning team, to the most effervescent and helpful maintenance engineeer Rene Gonzalez - they made the most amazing trip absolutely magical. Although not the newest or most luxurious hotels, it has everything you need and easily fitting 6 people with 1 king and 2 queen beds. The prices are amazing for the central location and that view is priceless. Thank you for making my first trip to Aspen the best experience ever!
