28:T478,I travel a lot and this has been by far my favorite resort for not being all inclusive. The staff go above and beyond the call of hospitality, filling your entire experience with small, personal touches. Their complimentary amenities offered are thoughtful and useful. We forgot aloe and they had some on hand for use! The Kids Club is amazing for the kids and their parents. Ms. Cindy practically became family and my five year old continually asked to go back to club. There were daily activities you could participate in like Chocolate Tasting, Painting Class, and Wine Tasting. The 5-6 free happy hour was fun. And, the pools were just right for us. Our rooms were well designed and so perfect for us that we extended our stay one additional night. Front desk remembered my young children's names and did a fantastic job of being patient with them during check in (it was a long day getting there). Jorge and Tatiana were outstanding and very helpful in planning day trips and for local resources. The restaurant food is wonderful and has a nice array of menu options. We did room service daily.
