## Verification

Owner-submitted listings go through VakayMood's approval workflow before
publication: the owner uploads a reservation confirmation document, which is
reviewed before the listing is published. In API responses these listings carry
verificationStatus "verified"; imported resort inventory carries "unverified".

## Product facts

- Listings are timeshare units at resort properties: residential-style
  accommodations from studios to multi-bedroom units, most with a full or
  partial kitchen.
- Guests have access to the host resort's facilities; each listing enumerates
  its amenities.
- Every listing has fixed check-in and check-out dates and is individually
  bookable at its listing URL.
- Pricing shown includes the nightly rate, the amount charged at booking,
  itemized fees payable at the resort, and the all-in total.
